We provide transparency for all of our work via our quality management system including digital photos taken throughout the repair process and realtime condition testing with our remote monitoring solutions.

Repair and Rebuild Process

Only complete kits are used in repairs and all components are measured and reconditioned according to OEM specifications.

After final assembly with all accompanying components, pumps are tested for a minimum of 24 hours on our custom designed “Load Machine” to determine pump down, performance stability and recovery.

We carry a vast inventory of new and rebuilt vacuum pumps available for immediate delivery.

Ask about our client reserved inventory for vacuum pumps and vacuum pump repair kits. For many of our customers we store and maintain their backup pumps at our facilities as part of our overall reliability management services.

Remote Monitoring and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)

With the addition of remote monitoring IIoT sensors we can help identify problems with your vacuum pumps before they happen.

Sensors are attached to your assets and send data via WiFi or LTE to the cloud where alerts can be triggered as conditions change. Your pumps also connect the gateways at our repair facilities giving you a continues view of your asset as it is removed from production, repaired, tested, and returned to production.
